Orders & Shipping

Yes, we proudly offer Free Standard Worldwide Shipping on all orders. No matter where you are, we will deliver your SILKSPEED gear to you free of charge. If you require faster delivery, an “Expedited Shipping” option is available for a fee at checkout.

  • Processing Time: Standard orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days.
  • Custom Orders: If your order includes customization, please allow an additional week for processing.
  • Shipping Time: As we ship globally, delivery times vary by destination, typically ranging from 7 to 21 business days.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your package’s journey across the globe.

After your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email titled “Your SILKSPEED Order has Shipped,” which includes your tracking number and a direct link. You can also log in to your account on our website to view the real-time status under “My Orders.”

It’s possible. As a global company, our products are shipped from our production base in China. Depending on your country’s customs policies, your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. Please note that these charges are the responsibility of the recipient. SILKSPEED cannot predict or cover these fees. We recommend consulting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us at [Customer Service Email] immediately, within 2 hours of placing it.

  • Standard Orders: Once an order enters the processing stage, we are unable to make any modifications.
  • Custom Orders: Once production has begun on a custom order, it cannot be modified or canceled.

Returns & Exchanges

We understand that clear policies are essential for international shopping. Because we absorb the high cost of offering Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders, our return and exchange policy is as follows:

  • Return Window: You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your product.
  • Product Condition: Items must be in new, original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and suitable for resale.

Shipping Costs:

  • Returns: If you are returning an item for personal reasons (e.g., you dislike the item, chose the wrong color), you will be responsible for the international shipping cost to return the item to our warehouse in China.
  • Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the original item back to us. Once we receive and inspect it, we will ship your new item to you free of charge.
  • Quality Issues: If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos. We will cover all associated shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • All Customized Items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • For hygiene reasons, Skivvies (base layers) are final sale and cannot be returned unless there is a quality issue.
  • We offer complimentary worldwide shipping on every order as a significant benefit to our customers. To sustainably continue offering this service, we cannot also absorb the shipping costs for returns initiated for personal reasons. We believe this strikes a fair balance between customer value and brand sustainability. Therefore, we strongly encourage you to double-check your size and color choices before ordering.

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that the time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

Product & Customization

This is a crucial step! Given that returns involve international shipping, we strongly urge you to confirm your size carefully before ordering.

  • Please consult the “Sizing Guide” on each product page and take precise measurements with a soft measuring tape.
  • Our Silk-Flex™ fabric offers excellent stretch. If you are between sizes, we recommend choosing based on your preferred fit:
  • For a more compressive, second-skin feel, select the smaller size.
  • For a more relaxed, comfort-focused fit, select the larger size.

To maintain the peak performance and longevity of your SILKSPEED gear, we recommend the following:

  • Machine wash cold: Use a gentle cycle with a temperature at or below 30°C (86°F).
  • Do not use fabric softener: It can impair the technical properties of the fabric, such as elasticity and moisture-wicking.
  • Wash inside out: Turn garments inside out and consider using a laundry bag.
  • Hang to dry: Do not tumble dry. Air dry in a shaded, well-ventilated area.
  • Do not iron: High heat can damage the fabric.
  • Summer (UNITY Air-Flow): Made from an ultra-lightweight, breathable fabric with superior moisture-wicking and quick-dry properties, designed specifically for riding in warm weather.
  • Winter (UNITY Thermal-Core): Features a soft, brushed fleece interior bonded to the outer shell. This provides excellent warmth without adding bulk, maintaining muscle temperature and flexibility in cold conditions.
